Ingredients

pure, quality essential oils of pseudotsuga menziesii (fir), pinus sylvestris (pine) leaf, cedrus atlantica bark (cedar wood), salvia officinalis (sage), citrus medica limonum (lemon) peel.

Uses

Essential oils are highly concentrated. Always dilute them. Use only by the drop. Do not take essential oils internally.

Environmental: add a few drops to a diffuser, pot of hot water, cotton ball or handkerchief.

Massage: add 3-4 drops to one tsp carrier oil.

Bath: add 5-10 drops to a full bath.

Air cleanser and refresher: add 5-10 drops to 2oz water in a spray bottle. Shake well and spritz around your environment.
